The Arcade Town/Village Zoning Board of Appeals meets in the Village Boardroom at 7 PM on the third Wednesday of every month. The meetings are open to the public.

All residents need a permit for any building project, some alteration projects, and the sale of personal property, be it a used vehicle or a lawn or garage sale.
